I've been taking protein with my workouts for probably 10 years now and I've gone through all sorts of different brands and types. Isopure, Syntha-6, True-Mass, Serious Mass, some more basic ways, Soy, Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Mioplex whatever and I found one that I like the most right now and that's the PlantFusion Complete Plant Protein Chocolate. Now what I really like about this is it's not animal based and also not soy based because I've heard especially if you're not a vegetarian you probably get a little more animal protein than you need and that's kind of hard on your kidneys.
